A man whose wife was in "deep distress" because of Covid-19 symptoms, struggled to know when to call an ambulance because her oxygen readings appeared to be fine.
He's isolating at home in Auckland with all seven members of his family.
This case illustrates the challenges for people having to make critical medical decisions in self isolation.
