New Zealand Rugby has reportedly been offered nearly $500,000 by a US investment company for a stake in its commercial rights.

The New Zealand Herald reported rugby bosses are now consulting provincial unions before making a decision within the next two months.
RNZ rugby reporter Joe Porter speaks to Susie Ferguson.
