Joe Biden intervenes on global shipping problems - a podcast by RNZ

The global shipping situation is being called a global crisis, and United States president Joe Biden has now intervened to try and save Christmas.
The first intervention is for Los Angeles ports will be able to run 24/7, and for retailers Target, Walmart and others to expand their overnight operations.
It's hoped the measures will revive supply chains in time for the holidays.
Washington DC correspondent Jagruti Dave spoke to Corin Dann.
