The outcry from the Kyle Rittenhouse trial continues in the lead-up to a sit-down interview being aired on conservative news channel Fox News.
The eighteen-year-old was cleared of charges he faced from killing two men and wounding another with a semi-automatic rifle, during Black Lives Matter protests in Kenosha last year.
Rittenhouse's claims the case had "nothing to do with race" has been rubbished by many Americans, who've drawn attention to the disparities between the verdicts of black and white males.
New Jersey's Montclair State University Justice Studies expert Dr Jason Williams spoke to Corin Dann.
