Kaikohe house prices and rents rising while incomes stagnate - a podcast by RNZ

West of the Bay of Islands lies Kaikohe - one of the last places in Aotearoa where you can buy a house for under $300,000.
But over the last decade, prices and rents have risen at the same blistering speed as the rest of the country - and incomes have not.
Sam Olley spoke to some Kaikohe locals, struggling with the rapidly rising cost of shelter.
