Workers in New Zealand are at high risk of burning out.
A new study shows M?ori employees are 163 percent more likely to be burnt-out - while New Zealand Europeans are 51.9 percent less likely to be burnt-out.
So what exactly is burnout, how is it caused and how can we avoid it?
