Relief has flooded through the Marokopa and Kiritehere communities now that Thomas Phillips and his three children have returned home alive and well.
Phillips and eight year old Jayda Jin, six year old Maverick and Ember aged five, were last seen on Saturday, 11 September, at Marokopa, west of Te Kuiti.
After an extensive search, the quartet turned up at the family farmhouse in Marokopa yesterday to the complete shock of Phillips' parents.
RNZ reporter Robin Martin spoke to Morning Report from Otorohanga.
