A tenants' advocacy group is seeing a rise in the number of renters who are having their tenancies prematurely ended.
It comes as new rules for tenants and landlords set in this Thursday, bringing an end to 90-day tenancy terminations without justification.
But a real estate agent says some landlords are looking to sell because they don't want to deal with the regulations.
