Ng?ti Wh?tua ?r?kei is leading a peaceful h?koi to the T?maki Makaurau High Court. 
The iwi is upset that the Crown is using land within its rohe to compensate another iwi - Hauraki-Marat??hu - for breaches of the Treaty of Waitangi.
