Nurses in managed isolation hotels are warning they won't be able to cope if rooms no longer needed by Australians are given to travellers from high-risk Covid-19 countries.
The prospect of a Trans-Tasman bubble has prompted a renewed push for a 'traffic light' system, which would regulate numbers of arrivals depending on levels of risk.
