One hundred formal complaints a week about MIQ - a podcast by RNZ

Five months since it became mandatory to reserve a space in managed isolation, the booking system is getting about 100 formal complaints every week.
MIQ management is now considering a wait-list for rooms at peak times, in an effort to better manage the unrelenting demand.
