The World Health Organisation is telling Pacific Island countries using the AstraZeneca vaccine that they should continue with their rollouts.
That's despite several European countries and Australia limiting its use because of safety concerns.
Ireland is the latest country to restrict the vaccine to older people after reported blood clots in younger age groups.
