Plan for Christchurch Youth Hub clears opposition from neighbours - a podcast by RNZ

A long-held plan to build a Youth Hub in central Christchurch has cleared a major obstacle, after an agreement was reached a group of unhappy neighbours.
Once built, the hub will become the home of 12 different youth organisations.
