Protesters, polling and political pressure - all three are being credited for the Government's withdrawal of vaccine mandates and passes.
The Prime Minister says that is not the case - she says it's been driven by what is safe.
From 5 April, vaccine passports will be over and many mandates scrapped.
The only workers who will still require vaccination will be those in the health and aged care sectors, Corrections, and at the border.
