An Auckland residents' association is afraid changes to the Resource Management Act could mean a free-for-all for developers.
The government has confirmed it will scrap the RMA and replace it with three new pieces of legislation.
Don Stock, chairman of the Mission Bay Kohimarama Residents Association, fears the result will be fewer restraints on developers.
He speaks to Corin Dann.
