Scotland has 'shambolic' rollout of vax passports - a podcast by RNZ

New Zealand's will soon have a "vaccine passport" - set to launch by November and is likely to be a digital Covid-19 vaccination certificate containing a QR code.
Vaccine passports are being introduced across the world - often accessed via an app on a phone.
Scotland launched its version last week - but to a number of issues.
Rachel Watson from the Scottish Daily Mail told Morning Report's Kim Hill it had been "shambolic".
