Protesters against the development of Shelly Bay in Wellington say letters asking them to vacate the site make no difference to them.
Developers and iwi leaders handed the letters to the occupiers on Monday morning giving them seven days to pack up.
The rebel group of Taranaki Wh?nui iwi members have been occupying the land - now earmarked for luxury homes - for almost a year.
