Monday's blackout has led to a war between power companies fighting to find who's to blame. Electric Kiwi and Haast Energy say Genesis and Contact have abused their market dominance by not providing enough power to meet demand. Now they're lodging a formal complaint with the industry regulator. Corin Dann spoke to Electric Kiwi's chief executive, Luke Blincoe.
