Te Oranga video: Advocate on situation at care facilities - a podcast by RNZ

Oranga Tamariki has temporarily closed a care facility after video emerged of a child put in a headlock.
The ministry says the Te Oranga facility has been closed while an investigation takes place. Voyce Whakarongo Mai chief executive Tracie Shipton advocates for children in state care.
