Team New Zealand need just one more win today to keep hold of the treasured America's Cup.
The defenders yesterday beat Luna Rossa by 30 seconds in race nine on Waitemata Harbour, in one of the closest fought encounters of the regatta.
Fluctuating winds meant the second race could not be held within the time limit for racing.
That left the scorecard at six - three to Team New Zealand, with racing scheduled to resume today.
Auckland yachtswoman Penny Whiting spoke to Corin Dann.
