The long-awaited Transmission Gully motorway is finally ready to open to the public. 
Very few people have been anticipating the opening more than Kelly Fox. 
She runs the Traffic Updates Horowhenua Kāpiti Wellington facebook page where she has been providing updates on the road for the past three years.
