A transport lobby group wants the country's $24 billion land transport plan scrapped and redone.
The Transport Agency, Waka Kotahi, in August released its three-year plan for highways and other land transport, saying it supports emissions-reduction goals.
Movement group chair Christine Rose says the plan runs counter to government goals.
She spoke to Susie Ferguson.
