Deadly flooding has paralysed the states of New York and New Jersey, as Tropical Storm Ida continues to steamroll across the United States.
A toddler is among at least 14 dead, as a state of emergency is declared across the two states.
The scenes on the ground are apocalyptic - cars, subway stations, houses - all submerged and submarined.
The wind-driven downpour has shattered records, Central Park hasn't seen this much rain in nearly a century.
