Veterans' Affairs office plagued by bullying complaints - a podcast by RNZ

Workers at Veterans' Affairs have lodged official complaints that bullying is so bad it's severely affecting their mental health.
At least five complaints have gone to the Crown agency Worksafe since May, but it has not begun a formal investigation, making 'initial inquiries' only.
Defence is doing a review - 'supported' by the very leadership team that is the subject of complaints.
The PSA union says it's so bad people have been quitting.
