Waikato Council on fence blocking Raglan beach access - a podcast by RNZ

A fence blocking access across the Raglan Airfield to the beach is expected to be installed this week. The council says the fence could prevent a serious accident, but locals aren't convinced. Roger MacCulloch, Waikato District Council's service delivery general manager, spoke to Corin Dann.
