It's a new dawn at the petrol pump - with prices back to what they were three or four three weeks ago after the Government's yesterday temporarily pulled 25 cents a litre off its fuel excise duty, and told the petrol companies to pass it on. The price of public transport will also be halved for the next three months in a bid to help people save on their transport costs. Reporter Hamish Cardwell is out in Wellington checking to see if prices have come down..
