A new report suggests that working from home is more challenging for women than men.
The ASB/NZIER research shows that women are less likely to have ideal equipment and more likely to be lumbered with more housework and childcare responsibilities.
The report also warns that remote working may be killing the concept of a sick day.
Joining us to discuss the findings is Vittoria Shortt, the ASB chief executive.
