In this episode I speak to Lauren Weingarten, founder of MeTooManyVoices (MTMV), a community support network for survivors run by survivors. Lauren is a victim advocate and trauma educator. A survivor herself of rape, she has dedicated her career to helping others. She shares with me her story of working in her dream job and the challenges she faced confronting those who used their status and power to take advantage of her and silence her. While our culture is improving to provide support for change in the workplace, there is still a long way to go.
