At a young age Penner found out that she had an incureable disease and her vocal cords were damaged. With God's help, she's had no further symptoms of the disease and her voice is Amazing!!!!She's sung around the country in places such as Madison Sqaure Garden in New York. She's also become a minister and has watched her family home burn to the ground and had to rebuild her life with most of her memories in ashes.
