This week, Drs. Sonja Solomon, Krisda Chaiyachati, and John Moriarty join us to discuss a paper they published in JGIM in 2016 entitled Why Aren’t More Primary Care Residents Going into Primary Care? A Qualitative Study. They interviewed residents from three primary care internal medicine programs across the country to better understand what factors within primary care training programs may influence the residents’ career choices.
