University of Guelph Professor and Fraser Institute Fellow Ross McKitrick wrote an op-ed piece in the Financial Post in which he explains that even though producing electricity is cheaper in Ontario than it has been in decades, the price to consumers is higher, and no matter what the circumstances are around delivering electricity to consumers and how much cheaper the cost is, the price to the consumer will just continue to rise.
