Game one of the ALCS took place between the Toronto Blue Jays and Kansas City Royals last night. Jays lost 5-0. The game did not (and how could it) match the excitement, drama and madness of Game five of the Jays/Rangers ALDS. During last night's game Royals fans were chanting "U...S...A....U...S...A" and after Thursday's now legendary seventh inning Jays fans' beer tossing display, American baseball fans described the outburst as "disgusting, vile and classless." After the game one Jays fan was arrested for spraying beer on a baby during the seventh inning outburst. Even Stephen King tweeted about what took place.

Does baseball have to get over itself and allow a home run hitter a little "in your face" celebration? As in Jose Bautista's bat flip after his three run home run. Was Jose Bautista out of line with his bat flip?Should anyone in the stands have been arrested, including the fan who threw the beer which sprayed the baby in the front row with its mother?
