Sailor Moon: Another Story for the Super Famicom.
Specifically, the fan translation by FuSoYa, which you should be able to find pretty easily. Since this is an old game, that was never released here, and there isn't an easy way to give the people who made the game money, you can give the licensee some ducats, and watch Sailor Moon Crystal on Hulu, or buy Sailor Moon Manga/Anime directly from Viz.
