Stewart McSweyn; Aussie Distance Runner - 2020's Fastest Mile set in Penguin - a podcast by RSN - Racing and Sport

Stewart McSweyn ran the fastest mile of 2020 worldwide on Tuesday night, completing the race in 3 mins, 50.61 secs at a Tasmanian Christmas Carnival Meeting in Penguin, near his hometown of King Island. It was the fastest Australian time in 15 years. McSweyn this year also broke longstanding national 1,500 & 3,000m records, and is a genuine medal chance at the Olympics.
