He also brings shares his expertise to school districts and educational organizations across the country through his own consulting practice- Leading with Equity & Innovation. Dr. Chang has served many roles in public education- most recently as the Superintendent of Boston Public Schools. Prior to his work in Boston, he was the local instructional superintendent of the Intensive Support & Innovation Center at the Los Angeles Unified School District. He is a former biology teacher and high school principal.
