In this episode, I talk a bit more about the process of healing our inner muck and yuck, and tell the stories that I introduced in yesterday's podcast:  2 incidents from my childhood in which I was bullied and bullied another, receiving and causing pain that reverberated through my life until healed. 
During this WCQP (Worldwide Coronavirus Quarantine / Pandemic) 2020, we are all being asked to step up our personal responsibility when it comes to healing and balancing ourselves as HSP's.  HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including connection with a higher source and the backwards benefit that we get from grounding things in 'the Highest Good of All'!!
     
I talk about astrological happenings (Mars, Pluto Retrograde, upcoming Scorpio Full MOon, etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways. 
   
I end the episode by pulling and interpreting a card from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today it's:  Ice-olation / 3 of Swords, Fighting / Knight of Swords, VI The Lovers, Turning In, 4 of Cups!  I interpret these using their Rider-Waite counterpart meanings as well.
