In this episode, I cover how to use this time to continue working toward being being balanced in all ways.  Today's topic, among others:  the importance of shifting fear and panic and 'grounding' it.  This comes with calming our minds and so much has to do with our life choices.  The word 'TRY' is offered, 'cause we don't get anywhere without trying, oftentimes repeatedly!!  It's always important to connect with God / Universal Energy (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR HSP'S) in order to start, continue and/or deepen the connection and receive help with working through our hardships and fears! 

I talk about astrological happenings (Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn square, etc.), and what we can focus on / how we can use it all in positive ways. 
 
I end the episode with card guidance by pulling and interpreting a card from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today the cards were the Morality / Page of Swords (R), and Mind / Queen of Swords (R)!
