"'DUH!' MOMENTS", and Conditioning! - a podcast by T.K.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of continuing to heal ourselves on the inner as we move forward.  One thing to focus on is our minds and what we are focusing on and allowing to repeat in our minds, because as you know our thoughts and feelings becomes our actions, which becomes our lives!  HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including connection with a higher source and the benefit that we get from grounding things in 'the Highest Good of All'!!
     
I talk about astrological happenings (Sun in Virgo, Mars square Saturn (R), etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways.  
   
I end the episode by pulling and interpreting cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today I do something highly unusual--I feel called to re-visit the card pull from yesterday and deconstruct / interpret it more! I interpret the cards using both Osho Zen and Rider-Waite counterpart meanings.
