Welcome to the new format of the podcast "RVE For The HSP" (RV Empath For The Highly Sensitive Person).

This new format is tentatively titled "Sunday Stories", with podcasts posted weekly.

I speak on a sensitive subject that we all deal with as part of a shared human experience--such as fear, life and death, addictions, and anger--and through talking about my steps to healing and shifting them in order to live a best life!  TRIGGER WARNING:  the subject matter can be "triggering" to some; the important thing is the shifting of it:  the intention is always to shift to the positive.

This week's episode:  I talk about my experience of almost choking to death, different energy work things to try to heal fear of death, including Angel Card insights!
