In this episode, I review how we're emotionally dealing with working out our issues, muck and yuck during the WCQP (Worldwide Coronavirus Quarantine / Pandemic) 2020, and how to work toward being balanced.  Today's topic, among others:  the importance of sticking with getting through our tough stuff (fear, anger, grief, depression, etc.), even though it means that we still struggle with it.  The realization of reaching different levels within it, and the idea maintaning some sort of balance, without being completely 'done' with it.  HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including connection with a higher source and the backwards benefit that we get from grounding things in 'the Highest Good of All'!!
     
I talk about astrological happenings (Jupiter Retrograde, Capricorn, Saturn, Taurus qualities, Mercury, etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways.  
   
I end the episode by pulling and interpreting cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today it's Trust, Ordinariness, Integration, Ice-olation, and Friendliness!  I interpret these using their Rider-Waite counterpart meanings as well.
