"Watching Our Minds", and The Star - a podcast by T.K.

Please know that you can listen to these podcasts AT ANY TIME; time is fluid and there is some piece of information and inspiration in it for you to hear!  The podcast is separated into parts:  an initial talk and topic, a look at the daily astrology, and the final part is a guidance tarot card reading from the Osho Zen Tarot Deck!  You can also skip to different parts of the podcast through the chapter markers.

In this episode, I talk about the topic of getting through our personal hardships (whatever we're dealing with right now as a HSP), and how to emotionally deal with the WCQP (Worldwide Coronavirus Quarantine / Pandemic) 2020, and work toward being balanced.   HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including monitoring what we watch and absorb!
     
I talk about astrological happenings (all of the Retrograde planets, Moon in Aries, etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways.  
   
I end the episode by pulling and interpreting cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today it's Aloneness / The Hermit, Sorrow / 9 of Swords, Conditioning / The Devil, Silence / The Star, Healing / King of Cups, Success / 6 of Wands!  I interpret these using their Rider-Waite counterpart meanings as well.  This is an awesome reading that offers insight into our whole experience during this time of change, or any time we experience a 'dark night of the soul'!
