It is the official start of the NBA season ... well kind of, it's Media Day in the NBA this week. It's the day where we get our first look back at the players after their summer vacation, everyone is vibing and just excited to see everyone again. It's all smiles right now in Sacramento but we will have to see if that maintains once the season starts.

In other news around the NBA, it was announced last week that Ime Udoka would be suspended a year after the news of an inappropriate relationship between him and a female staffer came out. We discuss the fallout of this news and the ramifications it will have on the defending Eastern Conference champs as well as what could be an imminent implosion in Phoenix considering what happened during their Media Day.

We then end with recapping the 49ers loss to the Broncos in Week 3 and a discussion about episode 6 of House of the Dragon where things certainly got spicy.
