Kings vs Celtics and Hawks 1/26/22 Postgame - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

Well, Kings almost made history on Tuesday with one of the all time worst shooting games by an NBA team against the Celtics. It ended with the Kings shooting just over 30% from the field and only scoring 75 point while giving up 128 points to a mediocre at best team in the Celtics. They followed that up with another gentleman's beatdown at the hands of the Hawks the next day. In both of these games, the offense abandoned the Kings, and a lot of it by the King's own doing. They lack the offensive discipline to stick to what is working, i.e. moving the ball side to side and moving without the ball. Instead, they resort to simple hero ball, stagnant pick and rolls with the other players standing around doing nothing. There is no disillusion with this team, they're bad and mentally fragile, it's just who they are at this point. 

It may be a long time before we see another win because this team just doesn't seem to have the will to win an NBA basketball game anymore. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
