Kings vs Knicks 1/31/22 Postgame - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

For a team that has recently been on a downward trajectory, it was imperative they go into Madison Square Garden with the right mindset and mentality to get what is a very winnable game to get back into the winning column, and that's exactly what they did. I am of course, not talking about the Kings, as they walked into MSG and got punked by a struggling Knicks team that had lost 6 of their last 7 games. The Kings have now lost 7 in a row and 12 of their last 14 games and it's likely to get even worse as they come back to the West Coast to face the Nets and Warriors on a back to back. The Kings crapping the bed last week against the Celtics were what a lot of people thought would be rock bottom for the Kings. But they're somehow finding ways to get even deeper into this hole. Things are going to get worse most likely in the coming week as the Kings drag their lifeless spirits to the trade deadline hoping for some light at the end of the tunnel. But with high hopes can also come with the huge disappointment, tread carefully Kings fans.
