On a stormy Thursday Night the Kings welcomed the Knicks into the Golden 1 Center for the King's 2nd TNT game and it was a banger. The Kings came out fast and furious, running their offense to a T, scoring in bunches against the Knicks in their fast paced, high powered offense. That got them a 16 point lead at halftime and everything was going for the Kings while things looked dire for the Knicks.

And things only got harder after they lost Jalen Brunson for the 2nd half to a foot injury, but the Knicks were not deterred. They mucked the game up by getting to the free throw line a bunch, getting a ton of offense rebounds, and dialed up the physicality to get back into the game.

The Knicks would carry that momentum into the 4th to cut the lead to 1, but De'Aaron Fox took over the 4th quarter and costly turnovers by the Knicks sealed the game.

It's another game where the stakes felt higher and the Kings rose to the occasion. The Kings lit the Beam on National TV and showed that they're a team to be reckoned with come playoffs.

Next up will be the Suns on the road and it doesn't get any easier. The Kings have plenty of challenges ahead, let's see if they can continue to rise to the occasion.
