Kings vs Magic 11/5/22, Kyrie suspended, Cam Johnson injured, Fong's thoughts on Game of Thrones Ep 9 - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

The Kings go into Orlando and beat the Magic on a game winning 3 pointer by De'Aaron Fox. It was a ugly game for the Kings in the 1st half where they were bullied by the Magic ridiculous size and length at all positions. But out of halftime, with shades of the Hornets game, the Kings turned up the intensity on defense and came all the way from a 20-deficit to a 6 point lead going into the 3rd. The rest of the game was back and forth and after a bad turnover by Malik Monk the Magic tied it with 6 seconds to go, only for Fox to hit the game winning 3.

The Kings have shown a resilience that we didn't see last year and it's a good sign that this just may be a different Kings team that is mentally tough and can turn up the intensity when it's needed. They return to the West Coast on Monday to face the Warriors in Chase Center.

In other news, Kyrie Irving has now been suspended by the Nets for 5 games and also Nike, where they will not be releasing the Kyrie 8. Cam Johnson has just suffered a torn meniscus and will be out indefinitely.

And to end the episode, Fong gives his thoughts on Game of Thrones thus far, as he has just finished episode 9.
