Kings vs Nuggets 12/2/23 - Kings beat worn out Nuggets with their speed - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

The Nuggets came into the G1C on Saturday night on the 2nd night of a back to back and their 5th game in 7 nights. The Kings knew this and came in with a game plan to play fast and hopefully gas out the Nuggets. And that's exactly what happened, the Kings got out to a huge lead in the 2nd quarter, the Nuggets tried to rally back in the 2nd half but ran out of gas late in the 4th and the Kings took the game.
Regardless of circumstance, this is an impressive win for the Kings against the defending champs and their superstar Nikola Jokic. The Kings played their game and exploited an advantage that presented itself, and that what good teams are supposed to do.
Next up will be the Quarterfinals of the In-Season Tournament where the Kings will be hosting the Pelicans in the G1C. Let's see if the Kings can pay New Orleans for the twin losses a few weeks back.
