Kings vs Rockets 11/4/23 - Kings offense no shows against the Rockets - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

Well, this was a rough watch. The Kings and Rockets played a very defensive minded game. Whether it was intentional is a debate, but the Kings had to because their offense was off all night, especially when the starters were in. The difference was in the 4th quarter when the Rockets finally broke free of the offensive shackles and blitzed the Kings who stayed in the mud.

This could be just a blip on the schedule for the Kings in the long term who just happened to have a tough shooting game. But it's also a sign that teams like the Rockets who were food last year are no longer that, and that amount of truly incompetent teams like last year's Rockets are decreasing.

That means that if the Kings don't bring their A game every time down, they're going to be in for more rude awakenings like this game where they get got by teams that are out for blood.

Let's hope the Kings figure their issues and come out stronger next game, lest they want the Rockets to embarrass them twice in 3 days.
