Kings vs Spurs, Kings win their 6th straight - a podcast by Owen and Fong Legacy

It started pretty sketchy for the Kings, the Spurs were shooting over 60% from the field in the 1st half, yet the Kings were somehow down 1 at the break. How was that possible? Well, it wasn't only the Kings who didn't play any defense, neither were the Spurs. It was a shootout early and whoever blinks first probably loses the game. 

Well, the Kings came out of halftime and kept up their offensive production, while also sprinkling in some defense in between. Meanwhile, the Spurs cooled down on offense and never turned it up on the defensive end. Take a guess who won that battle. The Kings proceeded to blast the Spurs in the 2nd half on route to their 24th win of the season and are now 6 games above .500. 

They are now also creating the slightest bit of separation between them and rest of the pack that are jumbled between the 5th seed all the way to the 12th seed. The Kings face the Lakers on Wednesday night and it's gonna be a big game as they look to get some payback from last Saturday's game as well as to create further separation between them and the crowded Western Conference. Let's hope they can keep this momentum going.
