The Kings went in to Oklahoma City to face the Thunder and they started out hot this game and look like they were gonna run away with it. But the Thunder hung around, constantly trailing by 8-14 pts. In the 3rd quarter, they hit an avalanche of 3s, 8-12 in the quarter to cut the lead to 4 going into the 4th to make it a game. But the Kings punched back, with their own barrage of 3s to give them a cushion that they would ultimately hold on to win the game.

Thunder will likely get Shai back next game and they most definitely will make an adjustment, the Kings will need to stay ready.

In related news, Kings honor Gary Gerould with the DPOG chain after he commentated his 3,000th Kings game, a well deserved reward and recognition for all the great work he has done for the organization.
